    Issues with my Xbox one


    Hey just thought I'd take a shot and introduce myself. Hey I'm Luke be nice to hear back from you but if not it's okay. I haven't got much faith in this site. I hope you have a good day. I'm having issues installing Halo: MCC. I can install Gow4, Mad Max
    and games from the store but MCC will not install. I have done every step through guide Microsoft support can offer and it will not install. Does anyone have the same problem? Offline mode it get to about 70 odd percent and stops and will not budge. With installing
    the update to it gets to around 24% and then 'installation stopped' and will not resume. I'd appreciate the help and possibly a fix. Thanks for reading and I hope someone can help. Thank you.

    Not sure this will help but ...

    In your "Settings" .. ( I can't remember exactly where it's under ) have you got it set that the console shuts down automatically after 1 hour of inactivity? There have been people on the Support forums reporting similar issues and turning this setting
    "Off" solved it.

    As I said, not sure if this will help, it could be as others have mentioned something to do with in the new Beta programme but be worth a try.

    I've had the same problem every now and then, turning it on from standby results in totally powering down (orange light on power brick) only happens occasionally, around the time a update is out for the Beta so i put it down to that.

    I haven't turned my console off ever. It stays on 24/7. I think that is how MS has designed the console, to go to sleep when not in use. Maybe check your settings?

    Hi guys, can you please do me a favour? The Amazon Video app is buggy on my Xbox One X, it tends to freeze after about 10 to 15 mins of playback and has a good chance of crashing the whole system. I've done the whole uninstall and reinstall and also a factory
    reset on the Xbox.

    What I do notice is when browsing episodes in a series there are these weird vertical yellow lines, it's like a glitch and I've only seen it on my Xbox One X console (not the original or S console I've had before). Can anyone else please confirm if they
    see this as well on their Xbox One X?

    I have a feeling the random crashes I have is due to either the hard drive, graphics chip or possibly dodgy ram. I hope it's just software related but if that was the case why are only some of us having issues even after a factory reset?
