Issues with my rewards being posted.

Unfortunately, we do not currently have the ability to force a deposit into user accounts. We are still awaiting a successful resolution for this issue from the team that has access to billable accounts. While they have been making progress, like your late
December deposit, they still have not yet confirmed a full resolution for this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience that this delay is causing.

You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum in order for support to check into your account. The rewards program is not run by Microsoft which is why regular Xbox support cannot assist.

I had a similar issue earlier in the month where my purchases were not being registered and they fixed it. Please give them a couple of business days to answer your posts though as it is the weekend and they are busy.

We do not see any tokens from our program being assigned to your account. This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support
team via the Microsoft Rewards website. If you are asking about a general sale or promotion, you should post on the general Sales and Promotions forum.
