    everytime i start microsoft solitaire collection the app does not recognize my premium status (don't see the premium logo on top and i am still forced to see advertisements)

    if i click for fun on buy premium i see a popup i have to reinstall the app from store as my license needs to be refreshed

    unfortunately that does not solve the issue

    i hope someone is able to help to solve the issue or i need to find a way to get my money back

    Premium Taptiles Subcription

    I purchased a Taptiles premium subscription for one year with my Xbox Game/Microsoft Store account as well on my desktop PC, I logged onto my laptop under my Xbox Games ID and the Taptiles premium worked fine, about 1 months into the subscription the laptop
    Taptiles premium game advised that my subscription was expiring and I needed to re-purchase. The desktop premium Taptiles is still valid and working fine. What is this all about and why do I have to deal with this? Can someone please respond back to this thread.
    If not, please stop taking subscription money.

    that's the best, after one hour call with microsoft support with different departments, technical, store, account the issue is still not solved and no one is able to help me and solve the issue

    I am very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    My premium subscription for Microsoft Solitaire has not worked since I upgraded to the latest version of Windows 10 on the Insider Program Fast Ring. My premium subscription for Microsoft Mahjong has been working fine. Any help would be appreciated as my
    subscription is good through October 2016. Thanks!

  6. I have paid for premium membership twice and still get ads. Sometimes they are cut short but other times the full page of the ad pops up. I don't know what to do about it. I had the premium membership then my computer had to be reset and when I got my
    solitaire games back the ads started again. So I paid a second time and still get ads. What do I do? I'm not paying again!

  7. i organized to cancel my subscription and to refund what i have paid

    it was really a terrible experience to contact microsoft support

    i talked to different support people and everyone told me "he is happy to help" but additionally everyone only described me why they are not able to help so at the end i had NO support and NO help

    as long as microsoft support works this way i cant recommend it

    this is what they call "support" and "great user experience"

    (but only if you dont have issues because if you have an issue you are alone)

    You will never get help from support. Don't spend any money in the Windows Store for anything. You might as well wait until the get Windows 10 fixed and useable. I heard a big update is on the horizon. They may be removing some things to get ready for
    the download. My windows store worked fine in Windows 8.1 as did games. I had the Microsoft free Solitaire Collection working for about a month and it disappeared. Store never worked.

  10. It is sad indeed I paid for my premium in Feb of this yr and the premium has worked till the latest update of the insider build now I cant get premium status. Microsoft has not answered since the update or provided any support.

  11. My issue is that I do not want the premium edition and it was more or less forced ...One month free subscription and I hate it. I went to Support Chat and they could not find the subscription so could not remove it . I like it simple.

    I'm having the same problem. I also notice that I can only play one game of Spider at a time before having to close and reopen the game. It's a bit frustrating!
