    Issues with Minecraft... AGAIN


    My Minecraft account wont let me use USD to buy minecoins. Only British Pounds. It is also saying that my microsoft account is from the UK, even though we live in the US, and it was made in the US. Please help! this hasn't happened before and i have been able to buy minecoins with USD before!

    First, welcome to the Xbox community, and we're sorry you're having this issue. Since you've already contacted the game developer for Mojang, and they couldn't do anything, I don't think you can fix this since the game developer didn't do anything to help with the case. As for your question, unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer licenses between accounts, what you could do is try to ask for a refund for the game, and if not approved try to appeal explaining the whole situation. To request a refund you would need to comply with Microsoft requirements, you can check these instructions at the link below.

    I would try uninstalling Minecraft again, hard resetting again and then reinstalling (the standard Minecraft game) & see if it resolves the issue.

    Please try to uninstall both Minecrafts and Minecraft Launcher too. Restart your computer and install again to see how it goes. Let me know if the issue persists.

    Hi, Jenna. I appreciate you trying the steps. If the issue still persists, it would be best to coordinate with Minecraft team again since it’s an issue with the launcher. The Minecraft launcher on MS store will only work on Windows 10 or 11. Sorry
