Issues with may Xbox quest

I’m having issues with the download two free games with gold even though I already downloaded two games(Vanquished, and Super Mega Baseball 2) if anyone knows how to fix the issues the help would be appreciated.

Issues with May Xbox Quest Progression

I've been directed to this forum by Xbox Support Live Chat after bringing this issue to their attention.

I am trying to complete the Xbox Live Quests for May, and have completed 2/3 objectives. My final quest is to download and install 2 Games With Gold titles. The issue is that my progress still shows as 0% although I have downloaded and launched both Super
Mega Baseball and Vanquish. I also previously bought The Phantom Pain and currently have that installed as well.

I was told I would be able to get in contact with a Moderator who may be able to assist me here.

Xbox May Quest Issues

I for the may quest the download 2 games on the xbox quest site says zero % when i downloaded all the games but it still shows as zero & please help!

nvm it now say I have 100% but it hasn’t sent me a message saying I’ve completed it

Still no rewards, or update of any kind on this. I completed all criteria for those month's.

This new quest for June/July isn't tracking progress for adding friends either. Would like to get this sorted out. Perhaps the promotion team should just remove the adding friends as a task, since it obviously doesn't track properly.

Ye also having the same issue, I spoke to the Microsoft Support and they said they don't know about any problems with it, even though many people have reported this on the forums and they still haven't done anything about this, I have installed all the free
may games and still says 0%.
