    Last night, I was playing Madden 20 and had to get something to eat. When I returned, the game had frozen up. This has happened before. Usually, I just quit out of the game and start up again. This time, however something was different. Everything was
    very slow. I ended up turning the system off and turning it back on again. I noticed that there were some updates to the Xbox store that needed to be done. I waited for it to be downloaded. After this, my Xbox still seemed very slow. The system was responding
    slowly to my control and now all of a sudden, it is asking me to type in my outlook password when I try to sign in. This has not happened before. When I do type in the password, nothing happens. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have tried unplugging the
    system and waiting for ten minutes, trying to do a power cycle. Nothing seems to have changed. Also, my dashboard will now not show up sometimes when I try to access it. I would really appreciate any help that could be offered.

    Pretty simple to work out...

    Connect your controller to the Xbox using a cable.

    If it works fine, then you know you have interference from something in the room/house most likely.

    If its still doing it after trying that, then its your wi-fi/network connection.

    Ask you local game dealer and tell them "Is this controller used?" If they say yes then say" can i return it?"If they let you return it

    get a fresh new controller.

    Do you have some products in your house that can interfere with the wireless signal from the controllers?
