Issues with Go West content purchases not registering. (Still)

Since my previous post was locked, I had to post another one for the same topic. My initial purchases didn't $30 required amount, so I made the additional purchase of Tales From the Borderlands Episode 2 the following week to surpass the goal. It has not
registered, not only denying my rewards for Tier 1, but also preventing the unlocking of Tier 3. Please advise. Thank you.

We see that the Credits for your avatar completion have been pending in your account since the 20th. Since your purchases of Rise of the Tomb Raider and Westerado are beneath the $30 on qualifying content spending requirement, they have not completed the
offer.

I've spent over $30 on qualifying content, but my account still shows that I haven't spent enough. Additionally, my account also has not given me credit for my avatar outfit purchase (the SAME problem I had with the last of these Rewards offers that never
registered, even after purchasing THREE different pieces of qualifying content). And yes, before you ask, the appropriate wait time for these purchases to register HAS passed already. Thank you.

 

Hi TombOfAnubis. When did you make that purchase? We don't see a Tales from the Borderlands Episode 2 purchase in this month, but we do see a Tales from the Borderlands Complete Season (Episodes 1-5) purchase made in November.

We see that your purchase was made in time to complete this offer. However, an ongoing issue with achievements over the latter half of March may have delayed your achievement level of this offer. We have recently resolved this issue, so you should be seeing
the achievement Credits very soon. Since the bonus is only awarded after our system has time to process that each part of the offer has been completed, you may not immediately see the bonus completion Credits at the same time as your achievement Credits, but
they should appear roughly a day or two after you see the achievement Credits pop up. Cheers!
