Issues with game stats not tracking

Hello, a couple months back (mid-March) I played the Outer Worlds, and noticed about 20 hours in that none of the game stats were tracking (The stats under the achievements section like time played, enemies defeated, etc.). Achievements are unlocking as
expected.

At the time I thought this might be an issue similar to the custom gamerpics where certain features were being selectively disabled to free up resources on Xbox Live, but the stats haven't populated. I thought it might just be an issue with the Outer Worlds,
but I can see that my friends stats are tracking just fine.

I also began playing Valkyria Chronicles 4 a couple weeks ago and noticed the same issue. None of the stat trackers are increasing on the game. (Achievements continue to unlock as expected)

I booted up Destiny 2 and left it on for a few minutes and saw that the time played stat was tracking correctly here (it went up about 5 minutes).

I'm in the Alpha skip ahead ring but there have been no other reports about this that I can find. I've reported this using the in-console reporting system, and have posted in the r/XboxInsiders subreddit and haven't gotten any replies (and also didn't find
any reports about this there either).

I've tried power cycling my Xbox as well as removing and reinstalling my Xbox profile, and those have not fixed the issue.

I'm running on an Xbox One X that I've had since launch. (OS version 10.0.19041.2946)

Is there anything else I can try here?

Edit: I tried starting up Deus Ex: Mankind Divided as well, a game I had booted up the the title screen once a few years ago before deciding on something else. This game
is tracking my time played, although I only had a couple minutes of playtime. It appears that after a certain date, any new game I started will no longer update any of the Xbox stats, but anything even booted up before that date will track correctly
regardless of time played. The most recent game before the Outer Worlds I had played was SW: Jedi Fallen Order back in November but that game had no trackable stats (which seemed odd).
