They're still may be parental controls in your settings that could be causing these issues. Give it a look, hopefully that solves it. If not go to Microsoft's Contact us page for more support.

Games are not linked to the device, are linked to the Email that made the purchase, and if you change the alias it will remain still on the account but access will be trough the new alias

Actually, that can only be possible if you still have access to the primary email because it will need to be verified first before you can change the alias. So if you still have access to the primary email, you can always change that to a different alias but if not, you cannot change that anymore and rely on your security proofs for recovery access.

I doubt this will work, due to the possibilities of people then being able to sell their accounts easier, and transferring games.

However you can change the email alias, as mentioned by Amber.

Hello Sufyaan, what you want to do is change Alias, for any change in the account including changing the email you need to have access to it.

I don't know why or how you lost access to the account, but if you want to change the Alias you will have to regain access to your Microsoft account.
