Issues with Enforcement page

There is a possibility that your suspension has been lifted or you receive a strike or else, this suspension is for specific game only. To recheck your enforcement action, please try these:

• Access the page (Enforcements | Xbox Support) from a different browser or device.
  
• Try connecting to a different network and see if there is detail about your enforcement suspension in the page.
  

If you cannot see the suspension, try to check the game you had this suspension notification and see the status of your suspension.

Please note, no one here in Community can assist, check or lift suspensions or enforcement actions.

The enforcement team will not really go into great detail about the suspension. You can try different browsers or clearing your browser's cache to see if that clears the issue with the site. It's the only place to contact the enforcement team.

Well you do know that in 2015 we used the enforcement forums right ?

That why you don't see it

If you are trying to appeal an perm suspension you can't as you would've had to appeal within a year of it

Unfortunately it seems to be a current issue with the enforcement site. As there's no other way to contact the enforcement team there's not really anything that can be done. You could try contacting support to alert them of the issue. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

The enforcement foruns were shut down years ago. It's not even possible to view them anymore.

Thank you for clearing this up as I have trying to get a straight answer about this as Xbox support and everything I have tried didn’t have a answer hopefully the site gets the issue fixed
