Issues with doom 1 and 2 download codes

I pre-ordered Doom 4 and got the code for doom 1 and 2 this mourning. I went to redeem the code after getting home and the message is no longer there.

doom 1 and 2 redemption code messages disappeared

xbox live support sent me here. i preordered doom for xbox one and received my message for the download codes for doom 1 and 2 like 13 hours ago but when i come home to redeem them all my xbox live messages have been deleted including the doom 1 and 2 codes.
please help get my codes please

if you post in the promotions section of the forums:
forums.xbox.com/.../4272.aspx

they should be able to resend the message if it got missed or accidentally deleted

I have the same problem with doom it has been 10 after i pre ordered doom and i havent received the doom 1-2 codes

Thanks for posting! The Doom 1 & 2 codes were not included in the physical version of Doom, this offer was exclusively a digital pre-order offer through the Xbox Store. Additionally, the $10 gift card is delivered by the Microsoft Store, and you will want
to reach out to
Microsoft Store Support for assistance with that gift card.
