issues with deposits

hi im wounding why mt rewards are taking ages for deposits as im had nearly 15k points and been waiting about 4 months now and it was b4 the switch over

16050 credits, still no deposit

I still haven't received my deposit, I posted about 2 months ago and was told there were issues with deposits. Are there still issues with deposits? Also I have over 16k credits and where it says if you have over 5k you can request for the date below, there
isn't any date below. Is there an issue on my end now or something?

Need help. I have a total of 19,050 credits pending that will not convert into my account.

I can confirm Smwutches' statement. There does not appear to be any issues with your account, so you should expect your deposit in the mid-December deposit cycle.

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and it is currently being worked
on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.

FYI, the last deposit for October actually took place on the 25th, not the 30th. So the credits would have had to been requested before the 22nd to be deposited at the end of the month.

They would be scheduled to deposit at the end of the month.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month. The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first.
