Issues with Crack The Keg Event

I've had two issues with the crack the keg event:

- First, my plays for downloading and playing the beta have not been applied. I downloaded more than 72 hours ago and played for 2+ hours over a few days.

- Second, I won two in-game card kegs from the event and redeemed the code using the "To redeem your prize from a browser:" instructions. The code now shows up as used, but the kegs never showed up in-game.

Gwent Crack The Keg Rewards Event

Hi! I am trying to get the reward for Downloading the beta (Worth 5 barrel) and Playing the beta for 30 minute (1 Keg) or 1 hour (2 Keg) per day but it ain't working. Everytime I try to download the game from the event page to get the reward, it bring me
to the Microsoft Store page of Gwent, and when I press Install, I get this message:

Trying to install on your home Xbox One
We’ll try to push-to-install this on your home Xbox One. If you’ve blocked automated downloads, you might want to enable them. On your Xbox One, go to
Settings > System > Updates > Keep my games & apps update to date. By the way, you can find this and anything else that you’ve installed in
My games and apps.

This is already all activated on my Xbox One setting, but it won't start any download from here. I manually found and downloaded the game on Xbox Store on the console, but I did not get the 5 barrel to crack on the event and can't get the barrel for playing
too.

And don't worry, I know it ain't in-game barrel, just some more chance to win rewards on the contest page.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We have found an issue affecting some users that was causing your download to not be recorded properly. We have deployed a hotfix for this issue, and you should be completing that part of the event in the next few days.

However, regarding your redemption, we can confirm that you have redeemed this code, and it shows up as a redemption on your commerce page. Are you still not seeing these kegs in-game?

 

Thanks for the response. I still do not see the plays in the event. I did not log in last night, but as of the last time I logged in, the kegs from my redemption were not available in-game. I will check tonight.
