Issues with console no responding/Black Screen of Death???

So I try to turn on my Xbox One, it goes to the home page but it doesn't load up like normal. It shows that I am not signed into my account or even barely connected to the servers. Keep getting error code 0xd0000189, and the only solution that seems would
work is to fully reset my console. But I can't even do that since I am unable to bring up the settings menu. No matter how many times I try to restart my xbox even with the "hard restart", it doesnt help. Picture shows what my screen will typically have loaded
up, sometimes its a little more but barely. Someone please help me cuz I dont want to have to replace my console....

Thanks for keeping us updated with your replies. If you're having trouble getting to where you can choose to

factory reset the console due to this error, then you'll want to try bringing up the
Xbox Startup Troubleshooter screen to make the selection.

To bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter, follow these steps:

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
Press and hold the BIND button (located below the Xbox button on the console) and the
EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
Xbox button on the console.
Note The Xbox One S All-Digital Edition does not have an
EJECT button. You can bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter on this console by holding only the
BIND button (steps 3 & 4) and then pressing the Xbox button .
Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

Once there, you can select the Reset this Xbox section to select what type of reset you'd like to perform (the full reset removing everything, or the soft reset that allows you to keep your games & apps installed). Please make sure
that you know your log in credentials (email address & password) to your profile prior to performing this step as it & any other profile will be removed during the process. Once the console restarts, it should prompt the update to install again.

Give this a try and let us know the results.

Still nothing...but now my home screen shows nothing. Its black and then the error box pops up but woth no words.

It worked!!! I was trying this solution before but the directions were unclear where I first saw them and was trying to do it while my console was powered on. Thank you all so much who attempted to help out! 😀😀😀

When press the Nexus button nothing happens. I am unable to open up the guide or do anything else. My internet is fine since every other device I have is working properly. Like I said I even started my console without my Ethernet cable plugged in
and nothing changed.

Are you able to use a play / charge uSB cable connected to console/controller and turn it on with controller?
