    Issues with connecting to Xbox with wireless


    Hi there, was wondering if anyone else has had same issues. I have been trying for days to get the wireless working on my new Xbox series x but every time I connect via wireless (which says connection is good) I cant sign into the Xbox network. Even tho it says my internet is connected.

    I have tried it wired and it works but the wireless doesn’t work at all. I would like to keep it wire but it’s just not possible where the router is so I need the wireless to work. Any thoughts, help or suggestions would be great.

    Have you tried using the physical Ethernet connection? If it works without issue then it is a problem with the wireless. If you have the same connectivity problems then the wireless is not an issue. The issue could be with your Internet connection or the
    Xbox itself.

    Hello, bostonmobb0341! Based on the results you posted, it looks like you are trying to connect with the wireless adapter from your Xbox, correct? Have you tried to use a wired connection to your router? It seems to me that the wireless router is not
    handing out an address for your Xbox. If you have other wireless devices in the home, are those devices experiencing intermittent connection issues, as well? If other wireless devices are experiencing intermittent connection issues, then it could be the wireless
    radio in your router might be dead/dying. Try a wired connection, if you can, and post up your results.
