Issues with Comedy Central and FX Now

Each week, my Comedy Central and FX Now app manages to lose my authentication information (the step where you log in with your cable provider, e-mail address, etc). Is there any way to make the apps actually retain this information? I don't have these
issues with similar media apps like HBO Go, Netflix, or Amazon Prime, only ever these two.

these issues with similar media apps like HBO Go, Netflix, or Amazon Prime, only ever these two.

 

I have this problem with the FX Now app as well. I have to reauthenticate about once every two weeks. I too would like to know why this is so.

 

i have the same issue with all the tv channel apps (Syfy, FX, USA, Fox, Comedy Central, etc...). I guess nobody here has an answer so i will post back if i find one elsewhere.
