    A friends account ended up blocking me after just telling me a few days prior they had covid. They didn't speak after that, which was sad. Then out of there blue my chats are deleted or removed after I sent them a message. How do I get the chats back?

    It sounds like there is an issue logging on to just your console with that particular gamertag so none of your data should be lost. I'd try logging everyone out of your xbox and then trying to log on again. It may simply be a time related issue. If you
    just changed it within the past few hours it may take a bit for your info change to make its way through all the proper channels

    Tried all and reinstalled and it's the same. gives an error that item can no longer be purchased when starting and then it's the same. a few of the puzzles i had already bought and finished just show as if not bought.

    NO it won't I was told that since I was signed in when doing all my puzzles they would not disappear, and I have been having the same issue of really shotty programming with this puzzle program from Microcrap! I did an online chat
