Issues with becoming an Xbox Ambassador

Hello, I’m having trouble becoming an Xbox Ambassador. When I put in my gamertag and sign the pledge, the page stays in the same position. I’ve gotten passed this issue once but it reloaded me back to the same page right after.

Any help would be appreciated!

Try clearing your browser's cache or try another browser. If it still doesn't work, check the bottom of the page for a "Report a Bug" link or email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff.

Most of the people on the forums are Ambassadors and are more than willing to assist you with any issue you are experiencing.

Hey there Namastra from viewing your profile it seems the system is correct and you don't have Xbox live. Easy way to tell is you don't have a tenure on your profile. Support would need to refresh your account to see if it would update.

Not really yes it may take 24 hours after purchase but from what you're saying you've had a gold tenure for a while correct? There must be an error in the server resulting in this contact support and ask them if they can refresh your gold subscription.

So if I bought Xbox live would it just take time for the server to update and recognize that I do have it?
