Issues with Avatar addons

My daughter has the Avatar - Frontiers of Pandora installed on her XBox. She has just purchased both the ‘Secrets of the Spires’ and ‘Sky Breaker’ add-ons. When she tries to teleport to the new quest areas, It is telling that she owns them but needs to install them. However when we check, it states they are already installed! Help!

Make sure that the DLC has completed the download

It works for any dlc you have purchased, avatar items, gamer pics, addons... etc.

Try uninstalling the addons and check if the game works. This is to know whether this issue is due to a bug in one of the addons or the game itself. If it's the game, try re-installing it.

Same issue, I paid for the premium addon and it will not let me play

I am having the same issue here. There is no place on the marketplace for the "Arcade Challengers Pack" except for GFWL addons. In game you have the option to purchase this content and when you select it, it freezes. The addon may be missing from the marketplace.
