    Issues with Amazon Prime


    When I try to watch prime on my xbox one, I can see all the thumb nails but when I try to watch the video all I get is a black screen with the sound playing. How can I fix this, so I can see the videos play? This has been happening since about Thanksgiving.

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times over the last month, but it has not fixed the issue. Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ all work great.

    I have uninstalled the app several times and reinstalled it, so it should have all the latest updates. This is also the only app I am having issues with. Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ all work great.

    Have you checked if there an update available for the APP? I'm currently having no issues with Amazon Prime on both my S and X. Is this the only streaming APP that is having this issue? How's your network?

    Check if there is a new update for the Amazon Prime App, which you haven't installed yet. If there is no one, try to delete the app and to install it once again.
