    Issues with a return


    I need to return a controller but due to the pandemic I am unable to get to the only drop off point for ups in the country,
    Would I be able to just send it off from the local post service or have the return lable changed to them
    I have tried contacting support both on twitter and this site but have not gotten a response yet

    Hello, you can call the UPS and arrange a pick up. It will be a charge for them to come to you though. These return packages are never sent through the regular postal service.

    Dashboarding issue returned?

    If I play campaign, throws me to dashboard.

    If I finish an online game, throws me to dashboard during the intermission.

    Battlefield is such a good game ruined by EA being woeful.

    I have had no luck playing a full game of Rush or Conquest without BF4 crashing back to the dashboard during multiplayer play. It has actually gotten worst since the update on December 19, 2013 for me. I have also lost all of my single player campaign.
    It seems like the only game mode that crashes a little bit less is the Team Deathmatch. I'm beginning to wonder if its BF4 or my XBOX ONE.

    Returning to home screen issue

    Try performing a hard reset on your console EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test
    the results.
