Issues when sync data, still aways on 0%

Hey friends!

I can`t play anywhere because the screen of syncronisation just show 0%....

I was tryed reinstal the game,

Game Progress Data Gone

After the most recent update one of my game's game progress data was reset to 0%. All my achievements are still there but I am back at the beginning of the actual game. Is there any way to sync the local content with the saved game data that was synced
to the cloud before everything got reset? The game is Assassin's Creed Syndicate.

Is it only with one specific game, or is any game you have installed?

 

Hello! It happnen only with ARK Survival Evolve...

 

To start, I would try signing out of your account in the game, app, and windows store and sign back into all of them to see if that helps.
