    Issues Transferring from one Xbox One to Another


    I have two Xbox Ones and I'm currently trying to copy and move some games from one to the other.

    I'm having issues specifically with the Necromancer Pack for Diablo 3. The add on will say it's copied and installed, but when I go in to manage the add-on content, it says "App not installed". I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times to no avail, the in-game just keeps telling me I need to purchase the pack even though I already own it.

    Is there a step in this process that I'm missing or a reason the save data might not be copying properly?

    I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

    After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

    First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

    Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2 to 3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

    If the issue persists, please try to check your games in the order games history in this following website : Microsoft account | Home

    If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

    Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

    Sorry, this is not possible to do. The use of the license transfer system in this way is not prohibited. A license transfer cannot be used to transfer one piece of content from one console to another. It transfers all licenses from one Xbox 360 to another Xbox
    360, not from one Xbox LIVE account to another Xbox LIVE account.

    You can transfer licences from one Xbox to another, using the same account, but there's no way to transfer licences from one account to another.

    Hi, Are you trying to transfer your stuff from PS4 to Xbox One, if so then that is not possible. There is no way to transfer stuff from one console version to another.
