Issues sending me my rewards agian

Agian saying there is something wrong with my account. Not depositing my rewards last time you did not even pay me my full amount owed. After I had to wait a year and a half you deposited them last month no issue. Fix this problem last time Microsoft fixed
the issue. And I know there is not any problems with my account fix your service and stop with the excuses.

Fallout 3 code..Sorry

Hi, I was told to make another post if my fallout 3 code hasn't been sent by friday, November 27, I bought the game the 10th of November and I never received a message from xbox sending me code, so it couldn't have been deleted.. thank you agian for the

Xbox rewards says im an overlord

I was checking my email and Xbox Rewards says I'm an overlord and for having 100k Gamerscore they are sending me 5000 Microsoft points to spend, that's pretty awesome of them.Does anyone else use the Rewards site?

Hello MercFox92,

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to access the database containing billable account information. Your deposit in December and April were the results of their work. At the moment, we have not received
a estimate on when this problem will be fully resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input, so adjusting your information will likely not solve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I had this same issue. I had my friend send me a message from their mobile device, using Xbox One Smartglass, and it seem to unstick all of my notifications.

After they sent me the message, I got a flood of old notificaitons. After that, I was getting notifications like normal agian.

Worst game ever i give this game 0 want to play multiplayer but it sends me to warzone instead ...... you guys need to fix this asap.... literally have the disc in and says i have to buy it agian like bruhhh🤦&#55356;�‍♂️

I agree, it could be good planning, a large number of games out at the end of this year, I am not a big BF fan so not issue to me, it will make my sons life easier, and we plan on renting dragon age so agian no real issues.

I'm not having an issue sending emails to the rewards department. I'm on my 25th email to the rewards department.

I having an issue with the rewards department understanding my issue So that it can be fixed.

Or getting them to respond back to a email.

Rewards department has not been properly trained. 😑
