    Issues running on my laptop


    It told me that My graphics card did not support DirectX12 or feature level 11.0 or 11.1, but after running the diagnostic, I found that my laptop does indeed support DirectX 12 and has has the feature level 11.0. So then I went to the AMD website to update
    my driver, and once that was done, I tried to start it again, but the same code came up. So then I restarted my laptop bu that did not work either. Finally I uninstalled the game and am now currently reinstalling it. Any advice if it doesn't work after this? Also,
    the other minimum specs are met since the code only shows for the graphics card I believe.

    Can't Join Party Chats

    I am unable to join any party chats, or create my own, while on my laptop, though I can on my tablet.

    There are no problems with the network, and there were no issues found when running SFCs.

    Mac into Xbox1 HDMI Input - No Sound

    I have the same issue with my laptop. Played around with the sound settings on my laptop to no love, so just run it straight to my TV and gave up on the idea. That was like a year ago though, haven't tried recently. Probably need a driver upgrade for your soundcard because it's a compatibility issue, anything else through that HDMI passes through sound fine.

    And if all else fails throw rocks at it.

    run from my Laptop.

    I cant shut down the programms because my sister play on the laptop. And then i play xbox.

    I dont understand i never had such issues.

    New computer build getting error message trying to play on Game Pass

    FYI, just opened the Xbox app on laptop and was able to run Forza 5 with no issues. Closed it out, closed xbox app, shut off laptop. Still can't run from this new computer.

    When Xbox PC launched while offline it is not signed in and game library is unavailable.

    Hey Josef,

    If you read my post it clearly states that I have set the laptop **** the offline device. If I disconnect after opening the xbox app I can run my downloaded games (If I have aready run them online atleast once).

    The issue is I can not turn my laptop on when out of connectivity and then play games.

    I contacted Microsoft Support and got the same run around. They accessed my laptop (though I kept stressing the problem is Microsoft, not my laptop(, signed into my laptop via a remote, saw the issue that is occurring, tried a few
    things and still the problem existed.

    The highlight was the tech restarted the laptop and lost the remote connection (real smart). I tried another attempt and was given useless links.

    I had a similar issue earlier, turned out I was using too much bandwidth with my laptop. Do you have any computers running or maybe another Xbox running?
