    Issues Redeeming Xbox Game Pass


    I recently purchased an Xbox One bundle which included a one month free trial for xbox game pass. When I went to redeem the code everything went smoothly but at the last minute an error message popped up. Now when I try to input the code again it says
    the code is for new members only. I tried oower cycling my xbox, removing and adding my account and even re-entering my billing information again but it still says the same thing. The code isn't expired so I don't really know what else it could be. Any help
    would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

    Had you ever had game pass before getting the bundle? The codes are for new members only so if you had ever used it before, even another trial, it wouldn't let you use the code.

    Nope I've never had game pass before. This is actually my first time buying an xbox console.
