    Issues redeeming promo code


    Redeemed a code for FIFA17 via xbox.com yesterday however in game bonuses did not appear.

    At the time I spoke with xbox and EA sport support teams who advised me to wait 24 hrs and try again.

    Still no signs of in game purchased so have contacted Xbox live support and they have referred me to here.

    I cannot get the promo codes to load. Is this possibly related to the problems with Xbox points redeeming issues?

    I'm applying the promo code. It takes $20 off at first, but after I enter all my info, it says there's an issue with the promo code.

    Hey Kyza10! It is most likely a per week basis that those are delivered. Check this
    page for info on how many per week you should be getting. If you believe you are not getting the packs you are entitled you will need to follow up with EA as we do not have access to
    those bundle packs. Thanks for understanding!

    So when I scanned the QR code, it worked then it says that this promo code can not be redeem with this account

    When i tried to redeem it, it worked for about a minute then it says this promo code can't be used on this account. And to be honest, I didnt redeem it and i tried again and it says this promo code has already been redeemed. I Really Need Help With This!!

    I never got the $15 Xbox gift card code it promised me when I signed up for gold

    If redeeming a prepaid card doesn't count then there shouldn't be a redeem code option on the promo screen...

    Thanks Stiched! Just to confirm, you did enter the promo code on the Dashboard ad for the promo, correct? Or did you enter it in the normal place for redeeming codes, accessible through the Guide menu? Thanks!

    Because first and foremost it was only for collectors edition where they didn't get a bluray disc copy

    Since you had already redeems the codes you can't claim the disc as it is the terms of the promo

    Promos have certain conditions you have to meet

    Redeemed codes can't be returned ask gamestop or any store for that matter codes cannot be returned

    You need to have not redeemed code and no no console can delete purchased games
