    Issues redeeming code on new Xbox One


    Hi,

    I've bought today Xbox One and got couple of games with it. Now I'm trying to redeem game code (TC's RainbowSix: Vegas), but getting message "You can't acquire this item in your currently selected language. Change your language region in Settings or go
    to microsoft.com//redeem."

    So I have no idea how to find out which region/language should I set, and if it will work after I install and reset the region/language back ...

    Can anyone, please, help the newby (me)?

    How do you access your free copy of Madden in the bundle?

    Purchased the Xbox One Madden bundle. Great value...assuming I can find Madden. Redeemed the code. The Xbox gave me a message that I redeemed the Xbox One bundle. There is no place to download the game for free. Didn't automatically queue up. Still asks me to pay for it when I go to the game in the store. Anyone else have this issue?

    You should have started a new thread for your issue. However, if the code you received is for the Xbox One beta then redeem it on the Xbox One console and run the app that it downloads.

    Hi. What are you trying to redeem? Some redeem codes are region locked meaning that they can only be redeemed in that specific country. So if you were given a redeem code for the US Xbox One, then the redeem code will not work for your version of Xbox
    One. Could that be the issue?

    All Xbox codes are 25 digits not just new ones

    However promotional codes that are lrss then 25 aren't redeemed on Xbox live usually you follow the instructions to a certain website to redeem the codes
