    So I have a $20 outstanding balance on my account, went to pay it and I can't use my bank card because it said it's invalid. How do I pay?

    account suspension due to billing

    If you owe money for Xbox services you cannot purchase or add items to your account until it's been brought up to date. If you are having issues paying the overdue balance, contact support and they can help you straighten everything out.

    Overdue balance problem

    Ok so I noticed I had an overdue subscription payment to make so I was like ok I’ll go pay it of and it won’t let me because the subscription is overdue?! If you don’t get what I mean we’ll I can’t buy anything because it’s overdue even the subscription
    so I’m like what? Please Help.

    My account got permanently suspended for no reasons

    When they suspend for overdue balances, the suspension is lifted after you pay the overdue balance.
