    Hello.

    Every time I try to order an Xbox series X console I get the following error code: CV: CASMicrosoftCV2514a11b.0.11

    I have tried for hours trying to order. It says it is in stock but I’m unable to purchase any goods from the store at all on your website. If you would be so kind and check what the problem is, I would be very grateful..

    you would have to contact the physical store, this is consumer tech-support, we have no ability to monitor or contact them

    Did you manage to fix the connectivity issue? My Series X constantly drops connection to xbox live/internet despite an ethernet cable being used.

    There are mutiple post regarding this and it seems stock is very low and its only a placeholder until they get more in stock to ship. Some dates are 12/23 for any series x ordered tge 10th.

    I take it you have an original Xbox One? Just trying to work out why you need a Series X/S for 4k play?

    As to finding a Series X, best bet currently, as noted above, is via All Access (or being very quick when stock notifiers say they are in stock at wherever)...I got one a couple of weeks back via All Access in the UK

    I used HotStock and upgraded to the premium version for $5. Got a stock alert and ordered my Series X from Best Buy, back in January.
