Issues logging into and managing Minecraft Account

(edit): im happy to give any more information to get this resolved

Basically, Ive been attempting to log into my Microsoft account and download Minecraft on a new computer. For whatever reason it seems I have two Microsoft based Minecraft accounts on a single email and whenever I sign in to minecraft.net with the same email I have logged into the Java Edition launcher (on a computer with MC installed) it says I have not purchased the game.

I try managing my account settings by clicking the link inside of the minecraft launcher.

and Manage Minecraft: Java Edition profile redirects me to the first screenshot attached.

Ive had this issue for at least a few weeks and I have no clue what to do at this point, any help is appreciated.

We recommend submitting a ticket to Mojang Support regarding this issue, as there may be an entitlement issue due to having two accounts liked to the same email address. Please reach out to support and keep us updated on what they recommend, or if they resolve your issue.

Additionally, I have reuploaded your screenshots and removed your gamertags from them. Please do not include PII (personally identifiable information) in a public forum in the future.

Hi Fellow gamer,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have issue with logging in. First off, you cant download Minecraft windows 10 version to Xbox. Xbox has a separate Minecraft. As for logging in are you having issues

logging in the console itself or the game?

I don’t think it has to do with that. When I log into the Minecraft website it says that I have Minecraft purchased, it won’t let me log in with this account into the Minecraft launcher. Whenever I click log in with Microsoft or I click on my account to log in, it says that there was an issue while logging in.

have you managed to install minecraft from the windows 10 store if so when you log in you need to use your microsoft account not mojang account

Hi Defi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

After migrating you'll use your Microsoft account to log in to the Minecraft Launcher to play the game and log in to minecraft.net to manage your settings. This means that your Mojang account will no longer be available.
