    issues linking Xbox and blizzard account


    whenever i try to link my xbox and blizzard account I get the response "provider did not accept user authorisation. try logging out from your provider account and try again". I've tried everything recommended by blizzard but nothing has worked. how do
    I solve this

    Missing DLC for Diablo 3 after buying Diablo 4 Ultimate Edition.

    I've already checked the account order history.

    My Microsoft and Blizzard account are also fully linked with each other.

    Blizzard has advised that its an issue with Microsoft.

    I purchased the ultimate edition of diablo 4 but only have the base edition in my library. How do I fix this problem?

    The problem is the Blizzard account link is glitched so not everyone is getting their cosmetic items and season pass unlocked etc. so it’s not as simple as you said - that works fine for people that don’t have this glitch. It’s an issue on consoles across Xbox and PS5.

    The only current fix until Blizzard fix it is to try and get a refund and repurchase the game (which is what I had to do).

    Blizzard confirmed to me it was an issue with the account link, so the Ultimate edition was not showing on my account because I linked the account AFTER I made the purchase. Which seems to be the issue. If the account was linked before the purchase it seems to be less of an issue.

    So effectively once I repurchased it after my refund, it linked to my account and it all worked fine.

    That's kind of sad, I really would have liked to have seen my stats and challenge my friends to beat me. Really fun in other games like gears of war.

    I guess I'll just have to get the pc game too.

    I have done the Nexus challenge on hereos of the storm but i dont have the rewards on xbox overwatch

    You would need to speak to Blizzard support to see why your rewards are not linking over, they can perhaps check to see your accounts are linked correctly to issue the rewards in HotS :)
