issues in launching emulator

We recommend to update the profile in the Xbox 360 emulator. You do not have to remove it from the emulator to do this.

To do this follow these steps:

1. Launch a 360 game on Xbox one.
   
2. Hit the menu and back button together to pull up the 360 emulator.
   
3. go to download profile even if your profile shows.
   
4. enter the credentials for your account.
   

This updates the 360 profile, personally had the same issue as you couldn't launch any BC game. Soon as I did this I was able to play. Try this and let us know.

its launching a fake 360 dash in order to make them run, so yes it is emulating the 360.

When you launch the game, you are in an Xbox 360 emulated, press both the button near the central Xbox on your Xbox One Pad to emulate the central button of the 360, now go to setting (of the 360) and manually delete the save.
