    I am trying to on the Console from few days but i am not geeing any signal in the TV only the console glows but there is no signals passes to the TV and i ahve purchased this few months back and i am trying to get in touch with the microsoft team but iam
    not geeting any lead,so please call me or send me email to the below.

    Weird Halo issue...

    Just to let everyone know, the achievement issue isn't an issue with MCC, it's an issue with achievements and the signal response between your console and the cloud. This can happen with any game you have.

    Xbox live won't connect

    I'm having these same issues

    Signal connection is fine. Testing signal says all good yet cannot access xbox live. Not showing any pins or anything else

    Controller Issue - or is it Console?

    Also what type of connection on you using to connect you xbox to the tv? I know that if you are using HDMI and the console isn't sending the signal out correctly then it won't let any controller connect to the console.

    No signal

    Mmm, that could be the issue, please try this to see if you’re able to change the resolution:

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
    Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and check again if you’re able to change the resolution

    If the issue persists, try instead performing a factory reset for your console but keeping games & apps :

    Open Settings > System > Console info > reset, then select keep my games and apps

    Let me know if you’re able to change now the resolution

    No signal problem

    Hi, You could try a different hdmi cable, making sure it is connected to the correct hdmi socket on the console. If that fails, try connecting to a different TV. If you are still having issues with the signal, then the console might have a hardware issue,
    and may need repairing.
