Issues for Looking for Group- Xbox

none of the above worked. How would i contact the live support team?

Since your brother is able to post LFGs and send 'I'm Interested' to groups on the same Xbox, it's possible that the issue is specific to your account.



Here are few things you may try to check:

Make sure you are still part of Microsoft Family.

It is important that your account privacy settings are managed by your parents/guardian. Outside your Microsoft Family, your settings will be back to restricted access.

Try removing and readding your account back.

One thing you can try is to remove your account from the Xbox and then add it back again.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, you may need to contact our live support team for further assistance. They can help you troubleshoot the issue and provide additional solutions.

3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.

5. Select the "Contact Us" button
   
6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
   
7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
