Issues downloading Rainbow six vegas 2 on xb1

Hi,

I have just bought an xbox 12M gold membership. Now whenever I go to download Rainbow six vegas 2 (which is free for gold members right now), it says "This purchase channel requires valid billing address". Now I know there's some post regarding this but
I cant seem to find my way around this. I checked all other games including "Not free" games and I can see my credit card and paypal account but whenever I try to download rainbow six vegas 2 and press show price, it shows a screen that says it is compatible
on xb1 then when i press continue that message keeps on showing. I tried removing and adding credit card and hard resetting xb1 but nothing happened. It just seems like that backward compatible games aren't playable yet in xb1 with gold? Could anyone please
help me out here. Tnx.

Never received rainbow six vegas 2 code

I bought rainbow six siege gold edition and never received my codes for rainbow six vegas one or rainbow six vegas 2.

Try purchasing the game on xbox.com that should work if your a preview member there is currently a known issue buying on the xbox store

Let's have you verify that your billing information is updated and accurate if you check
commerce.microsoft.com. Are you able to purchase or download other free Games for Gold without any issues? Let's also have you check this page to see if it helps out.Troubleshoot
Xbox 360 Marketplace purchasing.

If that doesn't seem to work at all, are you able to download the game using an Xbox 360 console?

I have recieved a code for Rainbow Six Vegas 1, but no Rainbow Six Vegas 2 code yet

The promotion is supposed to give you redemption codes for both rainbow six Vegas and rainbow six Vegas 2 for Xbox 360. While I received two separate messages (one for each game) the codes were the same and actually only applied for rainbow six vegas; I
checked the store and it shows rainbow six vegas already purchased but not rainbow six vegas 2. So the message I received for rainbow six Vegas 2 is missing a valid redemption code. How do I resolve this? I contacted customer support and they provided me with
a link that directed me here.
