Issues defining Home Console on Series X

Hi,

I'm having issues on my series x definig one account as Home console.

Lets see the next scenario:

Console A (Series X)

Console B (Xbox One)

User A

User B

The User A sets the Console B (Xbox One) as Home console. The the User A account is removed from this console and User B logs into this console and everything works perfect (User B plays on Console B having access to User A digital games - Perfect)

User B sets the Console A (Series X) as his Home console. The the User B account is removed from this console and User A logs into this console and the sharing games and live DOESN'T work (User A doesn't have acces of the User B's digital games on Console
A as it should).

We log in again User B in the Console A (Series X) and check the configurations is that console is still the Home console of User B, and it is, still, when we remove the User B from Console A (Series X) the User A can't have access from USER B's digital
games and Live service.

We have an opened ticket already, but we have no answer and 72H has passed already and no feedback from the ticket. We don't know what to do with the Console... and we will loose the 5 yearly Home changes if we keep doing tests.

We have already reseted completely the Console A (Series X) definig again the User B as Home console with no effect, its like the console doesn't apply the home functions at all.

We've also tested defining User A as Home console on the Console A (Series X) and add a new user (Ex: User C), remove the user A from the Console A (Series X) and check with the User C if he had access to the digital games on the User A, which didn't work
aswell....

Any help/suggestion?

I need to have both accounts logged in on the Console A so i can have access to the games of the User B while playing with the User A.

The thing is that i need the User B to play on the Console B, so if i have the User B logged in two consoles at the SAME time in different homes/consoles, isn't that bannable?

Why remove the user at all, try leaving the user on the xbox, 1 home account supports 25 gamertags, then designating home. If your worried about someone logging into that account from other console just lock it down and make sure they dont know password.
You can lock down your account on one console and have instant log in on the other console.

Define Switch. If it's a physical switch, that may be the issue.

i disagree, the series s is a good few years old tech now, so is the series x. i have a series s for my youngest kid and i can definately say, it is trash compared to the pc's in my home, its slow, games are running at mostly low to probably low-medium. series x is also getting on a bit compared with the tech available these days.

An i can deffo say the PC games i play come in way above the series s and even better fidelity and framerate than series x,
