Issues continue with Jigsaw Puzzles

Update: Jigsaw functions properly when I play previously played puzzles. Must be an issue with Food 2 puzzle. Just guessing.

I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?

I found the puzzle folder on my c drive. The pictures have downloaded but there must be a software issue as when you select the picture to do the puzzle, you get booted out of Microsoft jigsaw.

Jigsaw has been deteriorating gradually on a day to day basis. Shortly after Windows update at the end of August, the Jigsaw App has gone 'berserk'. The total accumulated points disappeared, the daily challenges began to dysfunction and eventually resulted
in having to perform each 2 or more times by reloading and playing... then the next step required multiple play and the third became a repeat of steps 1 and 2. Today... 08 September 2020, the app does not load... I have tried every part of the Jigsaw app and
if the issue requires access to the Cloud... it will simply 'Fail'. Any part of the App which features 'Advertising' is impacted greatly by the interruptions due to a damaged video clip[ or a faulty advertisement.. often followed by a crash and the extent
of work is lost... Puzzles featuring 500+ pieces or more fail to actually trigger their completion and then crash... the recent opening preview returns to 0 percent and you can't get the image to disappear... yet in the puzzle series it shows the completed
puzzle. The issue continues...

You can purchase puzzle packs with the in game currency, have you purchased all the puzzle packs available?

There is a new jigsaw pack added every month.

Also have you tried the custom puzzle mode where you can create a jigsaw using one of your own photos?
