    Issues Connecting with Stealth 700 Gen 1 Headset in Alpha Skip-Ahead Ring.


    Have any of you experienced any issues with connecting to the Xbox via a wireless headset while in the Alpha Skip-Ahead Ring? I was wondering because my Stealth 700 Gen 1 Turtle Beach Headset doesn't want to hear audio from my Xbox; it doesn't allow me to talk either. However, when I use Bluetooth and connect to my phone I can hear everything perfectly fine. I was wondering if anybody has experienced similar issues?

    You need to either be in the uk or us and be an xbox insider on ring beta, alpha or alpha skip ahead.

    Hi Natpars,

    so how the program works is that by joining a higher up ring you get access to updates before the lower down rings and due to skip ahead being a new ring it is a limited number ring like all alpha but you will have to rejoin beta ring if you do leave alpha
    skip ahead ring. you do not drop to your previous ring.

    The headset is a Turtle beach stealth 600 gen 2 which does not have bluetooth support.
    The stealth 700 is the one with bluetooth.

    The new update is only out for some Alpha & Alpha skip ahead insiders at the moment.

    If you're in the Omega ring then you'll probably be the last ring to get the update before it's released to everyone.

    I'm currently in the Alpha Ring. On one hand, I think it'd be cool to be in the Alpha Skip Ahead Ring, but at the same time the potential issues makes me a bit nervous. I know we, as Insiders, are supposed to test features out, but sometimes I just want
    to play and the Alpha Ring has been good to me so far.
