    So as my title says I am having issues. Forza support team have not been helpful at all as they love passing the buck, I could actually get another ticket opened how ever they keep say contact Microsoft who has no direct lines of communication so I thought I would post here since I know someone might have more of a clue then I do. Short end is, I install Forza Horizon 4, First run I can connect to online no worries. As soon as I close the game and relaunch regardless of it being on the same system or connection it comes up with

    "Feature Locked" So, I thought I would reinstall windows I have now done this two times and it still happens. My laptop also does this too.

    So if I go into the settings of the application through the windows stuff i can hit reset here

    I've even gone as far as disabling windows defender allowing it through firewalls and even resetting firewalls and I am now just confused. Is this an issue with my profile? Different connections also still suffer the same problem.

    Are you having any connection issues with other games as well, or is it specifically on Forza Horizon 4 only?

    If you try a Horizon Solo session, and then try to switch online, does it give you the same error message?

    I have checked it, it is not my hardware and driver problem.

    This problem will only occur if the xbox app is connected to the Internet.

    This problem makes forza horizon 4 no way to play online mode.

    If there is really no way to solve it, can I refund the Forza horizon 4 Ultimate Edition?
