Issues connecting battlenet to Xbox account

I'm trying to connect my Xbox account to my Battlenet account, but I keep getting the error, "Provider did not accept user authorization". I contacted Blizzard/Battlenet support, and they said to contact
Xbox/Xbox Live support. Think you could help me out?

All of my settings are set to allowed and enabled, but im still getting the same error

Hi there,

I suggest creating a new account or using another you may have and try linking that to your battlenet, then unlink that account, and try linking the battlenet account to the Xbox profile having issues.

Hi there,

The link I provided was simply account.xbox.com which is where you can manage your Xbox profile online. It's basically your Xbox settings and such online rather than the console. Privacy and online settings can be managed from there, but it's not the only
thing you can do online. I suggested to sign in there first and attempt to link your profile to your battlenet account once more.

im having the exact same issue.. my xbox account shows that it is liked on battle.net but it doesn't pop up on opening overwatch.. Pls help

Hiya!

Quick question, are you trying to do this on a mobile device or pc? Also can you check your app privacy settings. It may be that some of the settings are preventing the process to complete.
