Issues buying a backwards compatible game on my Xbox One

Hello, I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the correct forum, but I'm having trouble buying call of duty black ops on my Xbox One console through the Xbox One store. When I click on the game it opens it in the store and it says that the game is available
as a bundle only, and when I click on bundle only it opens to a screen that says "We didn't find anything." So my question is, how can I purchase the game on my Xbox One console? Any help is much appreciated.

Quick question!

Buying a 360 game on Xbox.com adds the game to your download queue on the 360, so the next time the console switches on it can begin downloading. The ''ready to install'' list on Xbox one runs from your purchase history. So as long as the game you are buying
IS backwards compatible, It should work.

If you are talking about backwards compatibility then no those games are not on the list of backward compatible games. The xbox 360 discs that work on xbox one can be found here:

If you mean will you get the xbox one version of those games for free then no, you have to buy the xbox one version of the game.

Any game that is backwards compatible will work if you buy it on disc or digital. You can view a list of all backwards compatible games at https://www.xbox.com/xbox-one/backward-compatibility/available-games
Since that game is on the list, then yes, you can play the digital version on the One.

backwards compatibility issues on this one..you should buy the game first on the 360 then upgrade to One

Thanks for the link. It is strange that MS let me buy the game not compatible with my console. I guess there is no refund allowed in this situation?
