    Issues after latest Xbox One update


    Yesterday my Xbox prompted me to update it and it all went smoothly. However now, I have blank tiles, no profile pictures for myself or my friends, and I can't start or join or invite people to a party. Sometimes the tiles and profile pictures will load
    back, but then disappear again. My Xbox also seems much slower and less responsive than before, and some apps such as Xbox assist do not open. I've tried multiple hard resets and leaving it off overnight but still no luck. I thought removing and redownloading
    my profile might help but after removing it I can't add it back because it says that Microsoft account took too long to start, so now there is little point in playing games.

    Is anyone having a similar issue? Are there any fixes? Is it a problem with my Xbox or is it an issue with Xbox services/my internet provider?

    Any answers would be much appreciated, thank you.

    Great, in general keep in mind that a hard reset (press 10 seconds the power button and then turn on the console) and a factory reset usually resolve all of these problmes. If they are not resolved after a factory reset, then it may be a hardware problem.
