    Hey there, I would like to report some issues with the Xbox.com My Games section (
    Sign in to your Microsoft account ) . First of all, on ALL regions, the Xbox One game purchases have stopped updating since the transition to the new store. The last thing it shows there for me is
    Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate which is the last game I bought before the transition. Since then, no new games have been added to the list even though I have bought many games.
    NOTE: Purchases can be completed normally, I can buy games, I can see that I own them, I can download them fine without issues, the My Games section on the website is just not updating.

    A second issue which I have also reported to Twitter Support and is regional, is that for regions CZ, SK, HU, IL, SA, AE, the Xbox 360 purchase history is completely missing. There are no games bought according to the My Games section for Xbox 360. This happens
    only in the above regions. You can see that on your own if you click the links below:

    [ISSUE] Xbox.com My Games section missing content.

    Hey there! My old post is not here after the forums upgrade so I'm making a new one! This is regarding the My Games section on Xbox.com. There are 2 problems:

    - For all regions, Xbox One games are not updating after the transition to the new Store. For example, in the My Games section of my account the last game that is shown is Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate, purchased back in August, and I have made many purchases
    since then. NOTE: I can see the games fine on the marketplace, and on Xbox One, I can download them and play them fine on my console, the My Games section is just not updating.

    - There is another problem which is regional. It affects regions CZ, SK, HU, IL, SA, AE. I have also reported this to the twitter team 3 months ago but I am also posting this here so that I can have some reference point. So the problem is that on these regions,
    the My Games section does not show the Xbox 360 games owned. It just says "No items to display." You can see that on your own account by clicking the following links:

    UPDATE #2

    Cleared cookies and cache and now the games are loading constantly! So the issue should be on my end! However problems with 360 owned games appearing empty on the above specific regions is still unresolved!

    With the new design on my games section not only do the problems remain, but it's now buggy for the rest of the regions too! Sometimes it does not load Xbox 360 games at all! Please fix this.

    Did you miss the part where i said even Xbox.com doesn't show the content? It is an Xbox/Microsoft issue, completely.

    Sorry but that doesn't help.

    I've tried hard resets.

    The purchase history on account.microsoft.com is broken and missing several years of activity on both of my accounts.

    (I think that's everything that was bought with Microsoft Points)

    The old download history on Xbox.com that also showed the purchase dates is gone too. Luckily I printed it so I have at least the purchase dates for my 360 content archived.

    The new "My Games" section on Xbox.com is also broken. For example it only shows one demo for one of the accounts. That's an account I used to buy several games with.
