    "Issue with your account or order" error when redeeming anything.


    Getting this stupid error when I try to redeem anything, it tells me to contact customer support but support is doing literally nothing. I've made 1 or 2 tickets and they haven't replied at all, it's been at least a few days. Is my account suspended? I just want to actually be able to redeem something. Also, when i go on any page on rewards, it gives an annoying error HTTP error 504 and 502, very often which just started happening today.

    Just a friendly reminder though that for Microsoft Rewards concerns there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the Microsoft Rewards Team. Good thing you have already submitted a ticket and usually, it may take 24-72 hours to get a response.

    Also check your order history on the website. Happened to me a few times where i get an error when redeeming a code and was redeemed on my account when i checked.

    I sometimes get the issue where it gives me an error when trying to redeem a gift card. And when i reenter the code it says redeemed already.

    Is it similar to what you are experiencing?

    After the redeemed already message i login on the website and check my order history. Shows it was redeemed on my account then.
