    Issue with Xbox?


    Our Xbox is not working right and we cant get it right.

    The controllers seem to freeze but not the xbox (we can still access the console through the app and navigate home). We have purchased a new controller thinking it was this. I managed to complete a level in my game but when i tried to do the next one it froze.
    I updated the controller firmware and now its freezing more.

    We have tried the hard re-sets, resolution changes etc but its not helping!

    does anyone have any advise please?

    I don't know how to help you on this but i have problems too since downloading new update.. My machine is now incredibly slow and cannot connect to XBOX LIVE anymore
