    Hello,

    For some time now I've been having some issues with the buttons on my Xbox One Controller, to be completely honest it works, it's just that from time to time, when I press the "kind of broken" button and it won't do anything, If I double click on A quickly
    it won't always work...

    Same for RT, sometimes when I press it, nothing happens, I have to click again to make it work...

    How could I get it to work again ? I can play but it's boring, especially on specific games... I'm on PC by the way.

    Hi,

    What do I put in the Serial Number box ? I don't have a Xbox One Console I just bought the Controller to play on PC, I still have the little box where the controller was in the first place but I don't see a serial number on it. it says "replace the controller",
    is there any way to change directly the controller ? I can send it to Microsoft so they can check what's wrong, sometimes it just won't do anything when I press A, I tried many many times to touch it gently and nothing happens like if I'm not pressing A...

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forums!

    For any device issues regarding the buttons being broken, I would recommend contacting Customer Support for
    further assistance. You can also visit the Device service and Repair
    site. If the buttons are not really broken and just dirty then I would suggesting carefully cleaning the buttons.

    It's 2 years warranty right ? I mean I'm from France so it's supposed to be at least 2 years... That's the european law.

    How do I contact them without paying 15€ with my phone from France ?

    You may be able to exchange it directly from the place you purchased it from too. How old is the controller?

    If you have an issue like that with a button being broken, and your controller is still under warranty you can request to get it serviced, but if you contact official support they can better assist you in this.
