    Issue with Xbox Live Rewards


    Hi, I've registered to Xbox Live Rewards some time ago and I've been purchasing digital downloads from my Xbox One and none of them are reflected on the Rewards. I've also purchased a Live Gold and it's not reflected too. Games achievements are also not
    reflected. Any help would be great.

    answer the question

    Xbox Rewards support still posts here and still assists with Xbox Rewards issues. Since his issue is an Xbox Rewards program issue, he needs to wait for a response from support here. Microsoft Rewards support will not be able to assist.

    Hello bltstephen,

    We see that this account has only 750 Xbox Live Rewards Credits. The Microsoft Rewards and Xbox Live Rewards programs are two separate programs, with no overlap. If you have an issue with Microsoft Rewards, you would have to contact their support for assistance.

    Live rewards became MS rewards. So they are the ones you have to contact.
