    Issue with Xbox Live Rewards code for upgrading to xbox one???


    Hi there,

    i am looking to buy a new Xbox one S from the microsoft store but when i enter the promo code from Xbox Live rewards to get the 50000 points for upgrading I get no notification that the code has been accepted. Is this normal? I have tried repeated times but
    it doesnt seem to change anything on the order form. Not sure if I should proceed or not, dont wanna miss out on the points.

    Any advice greatly appreciated

    I’ve installed Xbox rewards on my xbox one and Xbox one s but I’m not receiving points for upgrading consoles, pleas help and fix this issue

    xbox one activities not posting

    So that means that my current xbox one purchases, etc don't count for xbox live rewards? Seems like we would be punished for upgrading in that case.

    There have been known issues with the codes. The codes are only to offset the cost of expedited shipping., so that would be the only thing you should see. Otherwise, it won't show anything about the credits themselves. You would get the credits about 15
    business days after the console ships.

    Just seemed strange as it didnt seem to register as no indication showed up. Tried a non-code and it states that isnt valid, so assume it has worked as it didnt say the code wasnt valid- it just doesnt say anything to acknowledge that it was accepted.
