Issue with Xbox LFG

In Xbox LFG I cannot post or accept any posts. This has been going on for a few years, and I finally decided to ask Microsoft support. I'm not muted or anything like that. I can use Xbox chat and Social Menus just fine. I just cant use the LFG. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Xbox apps and it still won't work. Can you help me with this issue?

I would post a screenshot, but unfortunatly it wont let me take one, so Ill just tell you the error message
When I try to post: "There was a problem posting your Looking for Group"
When I try to accept a post: "This post is no longer available."

Also the post IS still available but it just wont let me accept.

Hi mate

yes he is, l helped him make the account as he is coming from a ps5

Like l said, the exact same settings on this account are exactly like my main 2 accounts.

It's just a weird thing that I'm trying to figure out and its got me completely lost

I checked and my account is an adult account, made sure that all of the privacy options were enabled, and I did push the "submit" button at the bottom of the page to save my settings. Unfortunately its still not working.

In order to fix this, you will need to perform some basic troubleshooting steps. Kindly make sure that your Windows, Device Drivers, and Xbox gaming services are up to date, here's how:

For Windows:

Press the Start button on the taskbar, type settings, and then select Settings.

On Windows 10, select Update & Security. On Windows 11, select Windows Update.

On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates to see if any updates are available for your device.

Once the updates have been downloaded, select Install now to start the installation.

Following installation, we recommend that you restart your device so that the latest updates can take effect.

For Device Drivers:

For the best game performance, make sure your system’s video card drivers (or display adapter drivers) are up to date. Drivers are available on the support website for your computer manufacturer, or if your computer system is custom built, on the video card manufacturer’s support website. Updating video card drivers can resolve game crashes, improve frame rates, and improve overall game performance.

For Xbox gaming services:

Press the Start button on the taskbar, type store, and open the Microsoft Store app.

Select Library.

Under Updates & Downloads, check if there are any updates available for the Xbox app or Gaming Services app. If an update is available, select Update.

Once you have updated your Xbox app, check if the issue on the Xbox app Looking for Group is working now.
